Information we collect
- Contact information you submit through our forms — name, phone, email, property address.
- Service details you provide — what needs cleaning, square footage, photos.
- SMS opt-in records — when you check the consent box on our forms, we store the timestamp and source page as proof of opt-in.
- Basic site analytics — pages visited, referral source, general location. We use this in aggregate to improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote or contact request.
- To schedule, complete, and invoice your service.
- To send the text messages you opted into (quote delivery, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service follow-ups).
- To follow up about recurring maintenance (only if you want us to).
- To improve our website and services.
Mobile information & SMS messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on a Dalton Pressure Washing form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us related to your quote, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow-ups about your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (706) 503-2007. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive a quote or service from us by phone or email.
The phone numbers and consent information collected through our SMS program are used solely by Dalton Pressure Washing to provide the messaging service you requested. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, or consent records with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers we use to operate the SMS program (such as Twilio for message delivery), and only for the purpose of sending the messages you opted into. What we don't do
- We do not sell your information to third parties.
- We do not share your contact information with other contractors for lead resale.
- We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
- We do not send marketing texts or calls to numbers that haven't asked for them.
Service providers
We use Netlify to host the site and process form submissions. Form data passes through Netlify's infrastructure. We use EmailJS and Make.com (Integromat) to deliver quote emails and route lead notifications, and Twilio to deliver SMS messages to numbers that have opted in. Each of these providers handles data only as needed to deliver the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic functionality only (for example, remembering that you've dismissed a banner). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request that we delete the information you've submitted at any time, including your SMS opt-in record. Call or text (706) 503-2007 and we'll process the request within 30 days. To stop receiving texts immediately, reply STOP to any message.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
