Long driveways. Wooded lots. Red clay.
The Rocky Face community — spread along Highway 201, up toward the Rocky Face Ridge Battlefield, and down into the Dug Gap area — has a particular mix of wooded lots and long country driveways that trap humidity and hold onto red Georgia clay. We've cleaned plenty of north-facing siding out here that was three shades greener than it should be, and we know which house washes need a second pass under the overhang and which don't. Our soft-wash method is manufacturer-approved for vinyl, Hardie siding, painted wood, brick, and stucco, and we treat surfaces so results last significantly longer than a rinse-only clean.
We cover homes along Highway 201, the neighborhoods near Rocky Face Elementary, the Dug Gap area, homes off Mill Creek Road, and communities stretching toward Varnell — the full Rocky Face / north Whitfield corridor. Single-story house washes typically run $200–$400, long country driveways $200–$500 depending on length and condition, and roof soft-wash starts around $400. Every quote is written before we lift a hose.
Written quotes. Local crew. No sub-contractors.
"Long driveway up the ridge — I expected to pay extra for the haul. Didn't. Same price as a Dalton address, done in an afternoon, looked brand new."
