didnt recognize my own driveway
omg where do i even start. Came home from work and literally thought i pulled in the wrong house 😂 10 years of oil spots tire marks whatever, just gone. Paid exactly what they quoted me over text no surprise add ons at the end. Already told my sister to call them!!
Only company that actually answered my questions
Got 3 quotes before i picked someone. The other two both wanted to pressure wash our cedar siding and my gut said that wasnt right but im not a pro. The guy from Dalton walked me through why they soft wash cedar instead and what psi they'd run on the cedar vs the brick. Basically the only one who didnt act like i was wasting his time by asking. Siding looks great, matches the back of the house now instead of looking 5 years older.
house driveway and deck all in one day
Ive seen Dalton Pressure Washing recommended on our cohutta neighbors group probably a dozen times before i finally gave them a call. Did our house, driveway and deck all the same day. There was a spot by our back door that still looked a little dingy when they left and they came back out like two weeks later to rehit it, didnt charge me anything extra for the second trip. Good folks.
Roof looks new
Two story, had bad black streaks running down the north side of our roof. Honestly was pretty nervous about anybody tromping around up there on the shingles. These guys never even got on the roof, did it all from a ladder and from the yard. Took maybe 2 hours. About 3 weeks later the streaks were just gone. My insurance guy actually asked who we used lol.
Worth it
Manage 14 rentals in Whitfield. 3rd year using them now. Every invoice comes with before/after photos which i just forward straight to the owners, saves me a ton of going back and forth. Not the cheapest bid we got that first year but we stopped shopping after. Reliable is worth paying for.
Would use again but be ready to wait
Original appointment got rained out and it was like a week before they could fit me back in which was frustrating cause i had already moved a family cookout around it. With that said, when they did come out they knocked some money off without me even asking, and the work itself was honestly great. Taking off a star for the wait not the actual job.
on time every single month
Monthly sidewalk clean at our retail plaza. Theyre onsite by 530 am and gone before the first tenant unlocks. Invoice always matches the quote, photos attached every time, never once had to chase anyone down. I wish every vendor we dealt with was this easy to work with.
Super easy, first time hiring for this
First time ive ever paid anyone to do something like this so i wasnt really sure what to expect tbh. Sent a few phone pics of the front of the house monday morning, had a number back before lunch, and they were at my place by thursday. No weird add ons or "oh it actually turned out to be more" at the end, just the price they said on monday. Only regret is not doing it sooner.
