Soft wash. Big difference. No siding damage.
Low-pressure biodegradable chemistry that safely removes green algae, black mildew streaks, dirt, and pollen — without damaging paint, caulking, or the shrubs your wife planted last spring.
The whole exterior envelope. Not just the flat walls.
Most "house washes" stop at eye level. We handle the places algae actually hides — soffits, eaves, the shaded side of the chimney, and the spot behind your AC unit nobody looks at.
Full siding wash
Vinyl, brick, stucco, Hardie board, or painted wood. We identify the material and match chemistry and pressure to it — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Soffits, fascia & eaves
The shaded undersides where algae and spider webs collect. Trim, shutters, porch ceilings, light fixtures, and house-number plaques all get the same attention as the walls.
Plant & landscape protection
Shrubs and flower beds get pre-soaked before we apply detergent and post-rinsed after. The solution we use is biodegradable and plant-safe at application concentration — but we still don't take chances.
The chemistry does the work — not the pressure.
Most siding damage we see from other contractors comes from crews using pressure settings meant for concrete on surfaces that should be soft-washed. Vinyl cracks, caulking blows out, paint peels, water gets driven behind the siding and causes mold inside the wall cavity. None of that should ever happen on a house wash.
Our process starts with a property walk-through to note problem spots and delicate landscaping. We pre-soak plants so detergent rinses off cleanly. Then we apply a biodegradable surfactant-and-cleaner blend at low pressure and high volume — controlled, even application. The solution dwells for 10–15 minutes. That's when the algae and mildew actually die, roots and all, not just get pushed around.
A gentle rinse from top to bottom follows, removing dead organic matter and detergent. The final step is a walk-around with you (or a set of photos if you're at work) so you see the result before we pack up. Done right, a soft wash doesn't just look better on day one — it stays cleaner longer, because the biological root system is gone.

Most single-family homes take 2–4 hours start to finish. You don't need to be home — as long as outdoor water is on and gates are unlocked, we can complete the service while you're at work. Most Dalton homes benefit from a yearly wash; north-facing walls and heavy tree shade may need a 12-month schedule to stay ahead of algae.
